REFUNDS POLICY
We provide a full refund of the product or replace it with a new one
only in case the product has malfunctioned within a period of 7 days
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All products orded from the website can be returned within 4 days of delivery ONLY in case if the product has arrived in a damaged condition. In such a case please fill out our return form HERE, and return the product via courier to our contact address. Please note, this only applies to unused products. A product once used may not be returned but can be exchanged for another product on our site. Please fill out our refunds and exchange form HERE. Additional shipping will apply for the exchange.
Custom orded jewelry is not refundable. (Please check the whether your selection is a custom ordered piece in the product description section)
PRODUCT CARE & WARRANTY
All products go through a stringent quality control before being shipped. And we provide a 60 Days replacement warranty in case of any manufacturing defects arising after usage. However apparent damage due to usage and water will not be covered in the warranty.
We do not recommend you to use leather jewelry/accessories during swimming, showering or any sports where it is exposed to large amounts of water for prolonged time. This will damage the leather parts and cause them to change appearance and usability. The products which can be used at all times are clearly mentioned in the product description area.
Some materials might change appearance over time when used frequently. This is normal and will not lessen its durability.
